No appointment required for services at shopping centre locations

Success Tax Professionals provides extended services and for the period July to around the end of the first week of September also offers fast-track services in a number of shopping centres. These locations are an extension of services or additional servicing points provided by our offices. Customers can find our temporary kiosks near anchor businesses such as Coles, Woolworths and Target. Conveniently no appointment is needed.

Importantly, we are not seasonal tax return preparers. We are qualified accountants. Our services at shopping centres are operated by our professional accounting practices. This means that not only are the services provided at professional practice levels using up to date policy and customer benefits, but clients can contact the practice by phoning or visiting the practice’s office throughout the year. We do not disappear like many seasonal tax return preparers who appear in shopping centre locations for a few weeks and then vanish. The practices offering services at shopping centres are also providing services at their offices both during and after they finish at the centre.

Shopping centre services are often chosen by clients who have difficulty keeping appointments due to work or family commitments, or who regularly conduct other business at the shopping centre and like the efficiency of being able to link their tax services in with other activities at the centre.

As we are professional accountants we offer the full range of services for business and super fund clients as well as the preparation and lodgement of individual taxation returns. This means that business or super fund clients for example are more than welcome to commence a consultation at the centre or make an appointment to be seen at a more private location at the practice address.
