Applicants purchasing a fee parcel are eligible for a substantially reduced franchise grant fee to join the network.

Clients are located in the Belmore area (60%), outside the Belmore area (20%) and a minor number are interstate and serviced remotely – 15% Melbourne and 5% Brisbane/Adelaide.

Fee parcel is approximately $60,000 of loyal clients under the brand. 60% are now serviced by phone and email however the purchaser will need to meet the clients to assist in retention and become the ‘face of the business’ on transfer. The seller has offered to provide transfer of client assistance and introductions and to assist for a period of time if required.

The clients need to be relocated and an office within 10KMs of the current location is preferred. Potential buyers may however discuss their circumstances.

There is a cultural component to the client base including Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi clients. A cultural fit is recommended.
